About Allison

Originally from Long Island, New York, Allison Epstein splits her time between her home state of New York and South Florida’s Wellington area. Growing up surrounded by the diverse and distinctive properties that characterize these two areas, she has developed a deep appreciation for exquisite real estate and how a property fits a lifestyle. An equestrian herself for more than 17 years, Allison’s professional background spans the gamut from Veterinary services to Journalism where she has written for industry leading publications including Equestrio, Noelle Floyd and Heels Down Media, and Sales. Her unique mix of experience has given her a wealth of knowledge about not just how to be successful in sales, but also true insider’s knowledge into one of the industry’s niche markets that is unparalleled in the market today. A self-described “people person”, Allison is a tenacious and energetic agent who is a pleasure to work with. “My goal is to build strong relationships with each person that I work with while making sure they are comfortable throughout the process,” says Allison. “I always work from a place of honesty and transparency and I believe that there is a perfect place to call home for everyone. I will work tirelessly to find that match for my client each and every time.” Working with buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida, Allison has a special affinity for the homes and estates of Wellington. Furthering her knowledge and her reach, she is currently pursuing her real estate license in New York as well, another locale she knows well. Allison is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing, Rhetoric and Composition. When she is not working, she enjoys tennis, reading, writing and staying active while cultivating her love of all things equestrian.
